This egg shaped sconce has a spot bulb in it. Flexible stainless steel arm allows the lamp to be aimed to all directions, including downwards where in can be used as a task light or a work light.
White ceramic lamp shade and wall plate are hand made in Troy, NY.

All of the electrical parts of the lamp are UL listed.
Comes with a matching clay wall plate and hardware to connect the lamp to an electrical box.
The lamp is supplied with a dimmable 6.5W MR16 spot LED bulb that is eight times more than twice as efficient in its energy use as a regular incandescent, has a longer life span of 5,000 hours and a warm color light quality. (2700K, 500 lumens)
If you connect this light with a dimmer, we recommend using an LED compatible dimmer
For Europe, Asia and all 220-250V countries: This light can fit 220-250V.The ceramic wall plate of the sconce would be slightly deeper in order to fit the electrical connections and it will not be dimmable.

Perfect above my sofa as a spot light for reading. A little difficult to install (lining the screws up with the crossplate) but got it eventually. Avner was able to accommodate a plug-in version of the hardwired sconce without any problems. This is my second purchase from lightexture and just like someone else said -- so much more warm and unique than anything you'd find in a big box store.
The lamps were absolutely flawless and exactly how we expected them. We are so happy that they were able to accommodate our request for color.
